Our Implementation Partner Model
Lesedi SmartMinds NPC operates a lead implementation model. We pilot and refine programmes at our lead ECD centre, then extend proven tools, systems, and support to partner ECD centres.
As an implementation partner, your centre becomes part of a structured support programme designed to be practical, sustainable, and aligned with real community needs.

- Partner onboarding and support planning (subject to funding availability)
